Having spent the past 20+ years in Castlegar, and having lived across Canada, I can't think of a place I would rather be. We have a great community and an environment that makes you feel as if you're always on vacation. It has been an absolute pleasure to become a member of the community and to help others to join it since 2006 when I became a licensed Realtor.

Over the years I have sold properties primarily in the West Kootenay's, but also in Kamloops, Vancouver, and the USA.
