MEET JEFF

He’s been to nearly every mountain town in the Western Hemisphere, sailed the Adriatic Sea, and walked The Great Wall, and yet, he still would rather be nowhere else than Nelson, BC. His passion for mountain towns and waterfront living has led him to pursue Real Estate with his goal to help his clients find a little slice of their own paradise. 

Jeff was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He comes from a family of Realtors, Architects, and Accountants. They share the same passion: snow-covered peaks, glassy smooth lakes, all things Real Estate, and quality time with those around them. After graduating from Selkirk College in 2016, his career path would eventually take him from Ski Area Management to Real Estate. This is where he would ultimately meet his Fiancé and Team Kennedy partner, Bryanne McElroy. 

Those who know Jeff & Bryanne know how much joy it brings them to build relationships with those around them. A simple errand or walk through the dog park is almost always accompanied by meeting new locals and listening to their unique stories about finding the Kootenays. 

Jeff strives to be a man of integrity who is grounded in faith and focused on family, friends and business. When away from the office, you’ll catch him driving the ski boat down Kootenay lake, on the chairlift at Whitewater, tending to his smoker on the patio, working out at Maverick Fitness, or hosting family and friends at his home. 

Jeff has a bulletproof work ethic and a remarkable ability to communicate with his clients effectively; you’ll never catch him operating on ‘Kootenay Time’. His clients love his attention to detail and how his ‘client-first’ approach makes the process as easy as possible.
