MEET JERRY

I was born in China and raised by a hard-working single mother in Victoria for most of my life. Hard work and dedication are some of the most important values distilled in my childhood till this day.

I am a proud local to the Greater Victoria area and graduated from Mount Doug High School. I began studying at the University of Victoria for a degree in piano performance. My love for music and the piano has been a driving force for my spirited, artistic, and creative characteristics.

Alongside performing piano, I began teaching piano to kids and adults alike since 2015. I believe my experiences teaching piano and interacting with students and their families translates brilliantly to the real estate business because I understand the senses of loyalty and service and to look out for the best interests of the people I am working with.

I decided to become a licensed Realtor® because I saw a professional industry that I can full-heartedly assimilate myself with. The more I learned about real estate the more I am drawn towards working in this industry and helping individuals and families purchase and sell properties. I also believe in providing the highest quality service and investing in my further educational training, so I have obtained a special designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE®) in respect to real estate. With these skills I will be well equipped to negotiate and best serve my client’s interests. I truly believe that my hard work, attention to details, and out-going attitude will be a perfect fit for my clients.
