Before relocating to BC, Tristan spent 7 years with a Fortune 500 commercial real estate brokerage in Toronto - where he advised on over $4 billion in sales and advisory transactions across all property types including institutionally-owned office, industrial, retail, hotel, purpose-built rental, condominium, affordable housing, and long-term care development assets, in major Canadian markets from coast to coast. Tristan draws from this experience an extensive network of relationships and a relentless attention to detail, which combined with his professionalism and determination, represent key components of his clients' success.
