Born and raised an Alberta boy, Sheldon knew the value of a dollar and was determined to succeed both in his education and in business. Once he completed his BA at the University of Alberta, he went on to manage the family audio visual business and eventually started investing in real estate where he bought, remodeled and sold properties in the early 2000's.In 2010, he joined Jennifer in the Real Estate business and together they created Kennedy Real Estate and enjoyed much success growing the brokerage and building a business of wonderful clients who he continues to enjoy working with to this day.

Upon the sale of their brokerage, it paved the way for a new and exciting opportunity. Sheldon and Jennifer's dream has always been to work together with their boys and that dream has now become a reality as they have licensed under the banner of Fair Realty Ltd. which has offices in both Alberta and BC.Sheldon and Team Kennedy are now able to share the Alberta Advantage across the Rockies and into BC. Whether it is one of Sheldon's clients who wants to sell and retire in BC or a successful business owner in BC who wants to take advantage of the incredible deals that can still be found in Alberta, Sheldon and his team are excited to be able to make this happen!
