I'm Nikki Patterson, a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Fair Realty, working out of the Sorrento office and proudly part of the Brenda Patterson Realty Group. I grew up in the beautiful Shuswap area, and my deep connection to this region makes it incredibly rewarding to help others find their place here too. I began my journey in real estate back in 2017 as an unlicensed assistant, learning the business from the ground up while working alongside my mom. In 2025, I became fully licensed with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate — a field I find both dynamic and exciting.

Before stepping into Real Estate, I owned my own fitness company and spent over a decade in the health and wellness industry, supporting people in reaching their personal goals.
