Annette brings over 7 successful and award winning years from the Century 21® franchise and is now in her 10th year of selling Real Estate.

Annette grew up in the Creston Valley and has an extensive knowledge of the area, including Kootenay Lake and enjoys exploring the back roads with her dog, Boo.  She also enjoys hiking, running and cooking, especially with all of the wonderful local ingredients found in the Valley.

With a background in business and customer service, one of Annette’s goals is to provide the best service possible; listening to her client’s needs and wants. Before embarking on a career in Real Estate, Annette owned and operated her own restaurant for over 8 years.

“I loved forming such special relationships with customers. They became like family over the years. Working in the Real Estate industry allows me to deal with people on a more one-on-one basis working with them in navigating one of the biggest transactions they will ever do. I love that I can help them through this sometimes very emotional process.”
