FAIR REALTY is a fully 100% Canadian owned company that opened its first Brokerage office in Victoria, British Columbia in 2002.

After many years in the real estate business, we realized that there had to be a better brokerage business model in the real estate industry. The value just wasn't there anymore to justify the costs and the commission splits that the industry was accepting as "normal". That experience and frustration created the fuel for a clear vision and a strong desire to create a new brokerage model that would be FAIR for our agents and offer them the flexibility to serve you, our client even better than they were currently doing.
