Hi everyone, my name is Rishi Mahal.  I'm a licenced residential home builder, and I've been in the industry for the past 20 years. 

also spent time working for the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB), which gave me extensive experience on the tenancy side. I've found that these two areas really complement each other—my construction background helps me understand the homes themselves, what’s happening in the building and how to manage maintenance and repairs effectively, while my RTB experience gives me a strong foundation in tenancy practices and expectations.

On a personal note, I’m married and we have three wonderful kids, plus our fur baby, a dog. I really value spending time with family. 

Recreationally, I’m an avid golfer, and I also enjoy playing ice hockey.
